My West Virginia legal practice focuses on two legal practice areas — personal injury and family law. My office receives many referrals from past clients in both areas. They appreciate my ability to take a confusing situation and make it understandable for them. Just as important, former clients have experienced the extra level of personal attention I offer. Personal Injury

I was lucky to survive when my car was crushed by a negligent tractor trailer operator. Under pressure by the trucking company's insurance company, I settled for next to nothing. After graduating from law school, I resolved to help people who found themselves in similar situations, making sure that they received proper compensation for their injuries, medical bills, lost wages and other costs of the accident.
